(This review has a lot of SPOILERS)
This book was really good. I really enjoyed reading it. This is the 3rd book in the Dark Swan series. Eugenie is currently queen of one kingdom and her boyfriend Dorian is the King of another kingdom. There is sort of a war going on because Dorian killed the son of this other Queen because he raped Eugenie to try and get her pregnant, which would make the prophecy of her first male child to be the most powerful ruler ever come true. In order to stop the war Eugenie has to go through obstacles to retrieve an iron crown which can take any person's Kingdom away. Dorian doesn't tell her about what the crown can do. When Eugenie finds out she thinks Dorian has used her. I personally love Dorian, he is such a wonderful character and sometimes is made to look bad. Dorian truly loves Eugenie. Because of the betrayal Eugenie feels she goes to Kiyo her ex-bf and start up a romance again. The ending was so unbelievable. Eugenie winds up getting pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl, which will ultimately fulfill the prophecy of her child becoming the ruler of the worlds. Kiyo wants nothing to do with that and tries to force Eugenie to get rid of the baby. When she refuses he almost tries and kills her but Dorian saves her. Dorian wants to be the father even if the babies are not his. That is the sweetest thing in the world. These children should of been his to begin with. I wish the ending would of been a little different but I guess its suppose to be the way it should be. I would definitely recommend this book and this series.
